Vaping... use to be simple and easy. Now that I have discovered so much while vaping the last year or so. I learned what the different types of tanks, RTA's and different type of watts there are. I learned batteries and taking care of batteries etc. My current mod is eleaf 80w istick. I have been vaping on it for a year. It was my first real mod and I have enjoyed it thoroughly.
I also learned that going to vape shops are not always the best option. I was afraid of ordering offline because the idea I didn't know what the flavors were like. I was afraid of getting a flavor I hated and couldn't return it. At the vape shops they have samples, so if I am considering a flavor. I can always go there and try the flavor out and then order online. The shops are usually priced are always higher. Example, if a 120ml flavor is priced at $24.00, then your pretty sure you will find it on one of the sites for $19.00 or even cheaper. If you are only going to order one juice then it is not worth ordering if offline because with shipping then it will be about the same price as the shop. If you order more than one vape juice flavor. Then you will actually save money. Most online stores are free shipping over the purchase of $50.00s or more.
I also realized what I thought was a good price for a 120ml bottle was not so cheap afterward. I found out that some of the better brands of flavors were actually cheaper offline. Though the vape shop that I order from is amazing and they can make any of the premium juices into their house blend, or any flavor I desire. They sale 60lm for $15.00 (which is cheap) and they sell their 120ml bottle for $45.00 which is basically 2 60lm bottles of premium flavor price. :) I thought I was getting a deal, but now that I am looking online. I see $19.00 or lower online. I was seriously spending 40% percent more.
I figured since if I considering buying some juices online. I would go ahead and see what the savings I can get with the different mods. Since I am considering upgrading my vape and get me another mod. Something a little better and a better tank. I noticed that a lot of the flavors do not taste as good in my tank, as they would in a better one.....The tester in the vape shop makes the vapes juice so yummy, but then I fill my tank up. I realize it doesn't taste like it did in the shop. This is what made me realize that the tank is what really matters. The tank right now that I am considering getting is the crown 3. The reviews were very good on the taste so I am needing to get a higher watt mod in order to get the flavor I am desiring when using the Crown 3.
The desert flavors taste even better on the RTAs but I am not really sure about making my own coils yet. I don't think I have reached that level of expertise yet.I can always get a RTA down the road and try it once I feel more comfortable with the transition. At the moment I will just stick to my regular tanks and do more research regarding the RTA and build the coils.
Vaping is becoming my hobby and I hope that I don't end up costing more money than smoking. I know it taste better ... but I wanna save money as well.
